Oldenburgisches Staatstheater – Wertheim Floors Behind the Coulisses

The Große Haus of the Oldenburgische Staatstheater and its rehearsal buildings have been reopened with a production of The Magic Flute after an overall refurbishment. Bühnenbau Wertheim did not only lay the stage floor, but also 1,400 square meters of stage floor in the rehearsal buildings. The artists spend the major part of their working time on the rehearsal stages and not on the theater stage.

 

Behind the coulisses there is also the hall for choir rehearsals, which is shown here – a gem, which the audience does not see.
